Derek Baird is the Managing Director of Pacific Property Company Limited and handles all instructions on a personal basis.
Derek is a Chartered Surveyor with over 10 years experience in each of our specialised sectors and is equally comfortable dealing with a 20 bedroom property in a rural area as he is with a national portfolio of branded hotels.
Prior to establishing PPCL in 2002 Derek worked for leading national Chartered Surveyors advising numerous corporate and private clients throughout the UK in deals ranging from small leasehold public houses, to pan European hotel portfolios.

We accept a limited amount of confidential sales/letting instructions only. Using our extensive contact and mailing database we can provide a finite shortlist of potentially interested parties at the outset of the marketing period and seek to progress this interest in the short term.

Business & Commercial Property Valuations
PPCL have consultancy agreements with international valuation practices allowing us to provide formal valuations for Hotel and Care properties in Scotland.
These reports can be provided for bank lending, balance sheet, acquisition or internal purposes and are prepared in conjunction with prevailing industry regulations.
